Introducing

Terri Foundation

Terri Foundation is committed to advancing Climate Smart Agriculture through innovative, youth-led initiatives. By equipping young people with practical skills in sustainable gardening, the Foundation fosters environmental stewardship. Through projects like sack gardening and small community gardens, the Foundation empowers youth to implement and advocate for sustainable agricultural practices, ensuring a resilient and food secure future for all.

Additionally, these initiatives are generating new income streams for participants, breaking down barriers and paving paths out of poverty. By fostering entrepreneurial skills and creating sustainable livelihoods, the Terri Foundation is helping youth to overcome socio-economic challenges and build a brighter, more prosperous future.

This work aligns closely with several United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). By promoting sustainable agricultural practices, the Foundation supports SDG 2 (Zero Hunger) and SDG 12 (Responsible Consumption and Production). The focus on youth empowerment and income generation addresses SDG 1 (No Poverty) and SDG 8 (Decent Work and Economic Growth). Furthermore, by promoting environmental stewardship, the Foundation is also contributing to SDG 13 (Climate Action). Together, these efforts are paving the way for a more sustainable, equitable world.
